1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using PortoSignal in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use PortoSignal. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Service
PortoSignal provides subscription-based trading signals and one-time purchase indicator/program (digital product) services. Access to signals is provided via a connected Telegram account, and weekly performance summaries are published on the web dashboard.
4. Account and subscription
- You need a valid account, with accurate and up-to-date information, to use the service.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
- When your subscription ends, your access to the relevant Telegram channels is removed automatically.
- Accounts are for individual, personal use; sharing a single account or subscription across multiple people is not permitted.
5. Free trials
Where offered, a free trial gives you access to a paid plan for a limited period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and billing will begin automatically.
6. Digital products
Indicator/program files purchased as one-time purchases are delivered under a personal-use license tied to your account; they may not be shared with, resold to, or sublicensed to third parties.
7. Payments and billing
All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. PortoSignal does not store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change from time to time; we'll give reasonable notice before a price change affects an active subscription. You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
8. Acceptable use
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of signal content or weekly results, scraping the service, attempting to circumvent subscription checks, or account sharing is prohibited; accounts found doing any of this may be suspended or terminated without a refund.
9. Intellectual property
The PortoSignal name, branding, website, and all signal content, performance data, and indicator program source code remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchasing a digital product grants you a license to use it as described in section 6, and does not transfer ownership.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Trading signals and performance data are informational only, see the risk disclaimer for details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortoSignal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PortoSignal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use PortoSignal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
